Choose a picture that is high quality. The way your image looks is the way the image will print. If your image is blurry, your charm will be blurry. Choose the picture that you love and will make you smile when you look down (=
Can I do words or a logo?
Custom word charms will be available soon. I do not take any logos that are not your own personal logo (only if you created the logo yourself). Logos are copyrighted, therefore cannot be sold. For example, I do not take Nike, Gucci, or any other brands.
What do I do after I place an order?
If you ordered a peronalized shoe charm you will need to email the images that you want to [email protected] . Please read the instructions in the description under the Personalized Shoe Charm Product.
How does the charm go on the shoe?
Each charm has a black button on the back. The button goes right into the hole of the shoe. You push the button into the hole until you hear a popping noise or until you no longer see the black button. It may be a little tight, but that is perfectly normal! Pushing it on an angle may help!
How do I take off the shoe charm?
I recommend sticking your hand inside the shoe and pushing the black button from the inside. Keep pushing the button from the inside while you try pulling the charm out from the front on an angle.
Is any product exactly the same?
Each product is handmade and may show variations in size, color, and/or structure, etc. Please leave room for imperfections.
What is the refund policy?
Since every item is customized, there is no refunds or exchanges.
What if the shoe charm falls out of the hole and I lose it?
The shoe charms are popped into the hole and there is a chance of the shoe charm falling out. The shoe charm falling out can happen due to multiple circumstances like how rough you are with the shoes or if the button is not fully in. To reduce the risk, often check to make sure the button is not coming out. No refunds are given if the button falls out of the shoe.
